HOW MUCH SHOULD WEIGHT I ?




Friends, as you know, fitness is important for everyone. So many times we want to know what is the ideal weight for a healthy body, but I would like to tell you that weight is not just a component for a healthy body. Sometimes you see many people who are fit according to their weight, but they are still not healthy and sometimes you see that many people are overweight, but still, they are healthy and fit.

  There is really no right way to find the ideal body because different types of individuals have different body types, occupations, regions and lifestyles. Some require more muscle like a bodybuilder, some require a normal fit, it all depends on your achievement.
  As you know body composition is defined as lean body mass and body fat mass. So I would like to say that ideal body weight depends on your muscles and fat mass.
  But in some circumstances, it is good to know your ideal body weight to determine your health status. In many cases, we see that overweight people are at risk of diabetes, cancer, stroke etc.
  By the way, many ways have been discovered to know your ideal body weight. Body mass index, height weight chart, skinfold, bioelectrical effect, hydrostatic weighing weight. But we will discuss some methods to know our ideal body weight.


  1. Body Mass Index (BMI)

  This tool is commonly used by many people. The body mass index is a simple index of weight and height commonly used to classify weight, overweight, and obesity.

So, friends, these were some methods you can know your ideal body weight. But I would l like to say that a healthy lifestyle will serve u better than any number of scale.

लेकिन कुछ परिस्थितियों में अपने स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति निर्धारित करने के लिए अपने आदर्श शरीर के वजन को जानना अच्छा होता है। कई मामलों में, हम देखते हैं कि अधिक वजन वाले लोगों को मधुमेह, कैंसर, स्ट्रोक आदि का खतरा होता है।
